DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include but be unlimited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

•    Drive vehicle for official travel and business.
•    Drive safely and cautiously and adhered to the requirements of the Road Traffic Act and speed limits.
•    Adhere to Health & Safety and driving rules and regulations.
•    You will be required to drive outside of regular hours at night and on weekends as and when is required.
•    To conduct internal and external dispatch duties in a safe and timely manner.
•    Chart out the best route possible in order to save time.
•    Cleans vehicle, ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.
•    Ensure vehicle is given regular / day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
•    Verifies that the tyre pressure, motor-oil and coolant level are correct, and the fuel level sufficient for a particular journey, before taking out the vehicle.
•    Reports any damage of the vehicle’s interior, exterior or mechanical parts to Superiors.
•    Regularly checks that the Road Tax and Vehicle Insurance vignette are up to date.
•    To act as back up to the telephonist as and when required
•    Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the reception.
•    To ensure and maintain cleanliness of the training center in collaboration with the Office Attendant 
•    To open the offices on all working days.
•    To Assist the Office Attendant to clean and prepare training rooms.
•    To close all training rooms and offices of the Academy before departure.
•    Perform these and other duties required.
