Espace Maison Limited (EML) is looking to recruit for immediate employment a Customer Service Supervisor, who will provide general assistance to customers at its unit situated at Flacq.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that client receives their deliveries as per the requirement
- Ensure after sales service is delivered at a high standard
- Ensure that tills are properly managed through the cashiers.
- Maintain efficient and collaborative contact with other departments to ensure promptness of service
Candidate profile:
- Minimum Qualifications: School Certificate
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Computer literate
- Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Outgoing personality, with outstanding customer orientation
- Ready to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays and Public Holidays
