We are looking for Customer Service Agent speaking Dutch !
Main Duties
Respond and satisfy customer requests through the company's various contact channels (telephone, mail, email, etc.)
Identify the need, inform, advise the customer and propose adapted solutions
Redirect to a second level of service provision
Apply the business processes and tools specific to the company regarding courier tracking
Accompany the customer on the use of Chronopost tools
Contribute to customer loyalty through his speech and his posture
Act as the ambassador and promoter of the brand
Qualifications & Experience
SC holder or any equivalent qualifications
At least one year experience in a Customer Service or relevant position
Excellent spoken and written french and english
Being fluent in Dutch both written and verbal
Other Requisites
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Telephone etiquette competencies will be a definite advantage
A professional and outgoing demeanor
