We are hiring a Cost Controller to manage and optimize the restaurants food and beverage costs. This role is essential in ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all departments.

Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records.

Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage portion control and minimize waste.

Prepare regular cost and consumption reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

 

Requirements:

Experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar role within the F&B industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
