We are seeking candidates residing in the North and we are currently hiring for the two positions described below in the Operations Team.

Client Services Representative

As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering policy administration services to our clients.

Your main duties will be:

  • Prepare client quotations
  • Monitor client applications up until policy issue
  • Address broker inquiries in a clear and timely manner
  • Issue policy schedules within the agreed turnaround time
  • Ensure proper follow up on broker inquiries where necessary
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our administration system
  • Process new business applications within the agreed turnaround times
  • Ensure that procedures are adhered to when following up on applications
  • Maintain a good and professional relationship with brokers, underwriters and clients
  • Issue broker login details to access the quote system and assist broker where necessary
  • Liaise with underwriters and ensure that client applications are processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the administration system is updated with clients’ information, documents application or client updates
  • Assist Client Services Manager in ‘quality control’ checks on all aspects of Atlas Life business
  • Assist the Client Services Manager in training new recruits
  • Any other duties as requested by the Management

What we require (Qualification and skills):

  • Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or any related field and three years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Adhere to the company’s confidentiality rules at all times
  • Proficiency for learning and developing new systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication to explain complex insurance terms or procedures
  • Strong focus on building positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to investigate and resolve client issues related to policies, claims, or premium payments efficiently
  • Accuracy in documenting customer information, processing policy changes, and updating client records
  • Flexibility to handle changes in company policies, procedures, or regulatory requirements
  • Experience in insurance will be an advantage
  • High level of ethics and integrity
  • Detail-oriented
