Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and timely receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
  • Maintains proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Collaborates with other departments to fulfil material and equipment requests.
  • Implements and maintains inventory management systems to optimize stock control.
  • Monitors and ensures the proper rotation of stock.
  • Handles the disposal of obsolete items.
  • Prepares regular reports on inventory status, consumption, and trends.
Candidate Profile:
  • School Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
  • Good Communication and organisational ability;
  • Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
