Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate and timely receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
- Maintains proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Collaborates with other departments to fulfil material and equipment requests.
- Implements and maintains inventory management systems to optimize stock control.
- Monitors and ensures the proper rotation of stock.
- Handles the disposal of obsolete items.
- Prepares regular reports on inventory status, consumption, and trends.
Candidate Profile:
- School Certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
- Good Communication and organisational ability;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
