Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will foster a customer-centric culture within the company.

 

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire employees to excel in customer service.
  • Implement processes for efficient complaint handling.
  • Interact with customers via various channels (telephone, email, social media, website, letter, walk-ins) to address complaints, suggestions, and compliments.
  • Guide and resolve customer queries promptly and gather customer feedback for action planning.
  • Establish processes to maintain high standards as per the management policy.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and compile audit reports.
  • Conduct training sessions on customer service approaches and evaluate employee performance post-training.
  • Efficiently manage the Call Centre operations and advise customers on the online shopping experience.
  • Compile reports on store audits, training delivered, and customer complaints, and conduct customer surveys.
  • Provide coverage at the Reception Desk as needed and manage tools for customer service functions.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Higher School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications
  • A Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a  similar role
  • Proven experience in customer service management
  • Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage
Other Requisites:
  • Empathy.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
