• Support the CRM Manager in driving customer engagement and retention.
• Set up exciting bonus packages and promotions.
• Manage website content and draft clear Terms & Conditions.
• Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work with CMS, mailing, and bonus setup systems to optimize processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CMS and marketing tools.
• Knowledge of online gambling is a bonus!
• Understanding of customer retention strategies is a plus.
