• Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or routers to manufacture parts based on blueprints and technical drawings.
• Setup & Calibration: Load raw materials, set machine parameters, and adjust tools to ensure accurate cuts and measurements.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, clean work areas, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Programming Support: Read and interpret G-code and M-code, making minor adjustments if necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazards.
• Production Efficiency: Monitor machine cycles, optimize run times, and minimize material waste.
