 Shibani Finance Co Ltd (SFMC) is a private company, incorporated in Mauritius. The main activities of the company consist essentially in the trading of foreign currencies in Notes, Telegraphic Transfer in all major currencies and global money transfer services with Western Union. There is an extensive network of retail branches throughout the island. We are recruiting a Business Development Officer.

 Main Duties

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Proven working experience in business development.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in English & French
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport

 Qualifications & Experience

  • A diploma or degree in marketing or any related subject
  • 3 years’ experience in business development role
