Brewer

The brewery is looking for a person with a scientific background to to brew beer, do maintenance of all equipment and general sanitization.

Job description:

-          Brew beer from raw materials to final product.

-          Work in a team to do maintenance on brewing, cleaning, filling and all other equipment.

-          General sanitization of brewing vessels and equipment

The applicant must be a team player who takes pride producing a respected, high value product.

The applicant should have preferably a Mechanical Engineering degree.

No prior experience required. The applicant will be trained as brewer with the possibility of being sponsored to a Master Brewer certificate. 

It is a career choice not a stepping stone.
