Body & Paint Workshop Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for managing workshop operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of service quality to meet customer expectations.

• Manage workshop resources & ensure maximum efficiency,
• Monitor team performance to meet KPIs,
• Provide accurate Estimates of Repairs (EOR),
• Ensure work is completed to the highest quality & safety standards.

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Body Repairs, Painting or related field.
• 3 years Experience in automotive bodywork, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to the company.
• Strong leadership, planning & communication skills
• Knowledge of job costing, paint mixing & body parts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
