Your responsibilities within our Tribe

• Manage autonomously an assigned portfolio
• Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts as per agreed Operations Procedures and deadlines
• Identify and analyse cash discrepancies and provide support to resolution team
• Resolve issues as they arise by liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, banks, shops and customers as per company’s established standards and procedures
• Input of cash entries into accounting system
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of banking transactions for all the bank accounts within deadlines to assist management to ensure completions are met on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist with onboarding account setup for reconciliation
• Maintain and update summary of actions within Etabank software
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management
• Systematically investigate suspense accounts and check several accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of translation gain or loss recognized
• Build relationship with both internal and external parties to resolve reconciliation exceptions and ensure process efficiency

Your distinctive profile

• Degree holder with accounting background
• At least 1-year experience with the bank reconciliation field
• Knowledge of accounting 
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team player
• Autonomous
• Organised and good priority management
• Good analytical skills
