Electrical Technician

Visit Sites, attend to client’s request and participate in clients meeting.

Carry out site surveys, identify equipment that need to be replaced or upgraded.

Prepare post survey reports.

Carry out maintenance as per planning on installation such as but not limited to: STP, lifting station, swimming pool, potable water system, water feature and irrigation system.

Report any break down, defect, wear and tear and any other related issues found during maintenance to Sales Admin assistant, Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager.

Prepare post maintenance report.

Request pricing for equipment and materials found locally and overseas.

Put together the BOQ for submission to the client by Sales admin assistant.

Follow-up with clients.

Manage the clients order and order of equipment and materials.

Carry out site works independently or as a team.

Troubleshoot existing site installations and equipment at workshop.

Prepare timesheets for team members

Operations

Draw and design electrical circuit diagrams.

Design the control panel.

Determine the costing of control panel, liaise with suppliers and follow up with purchasing as required.

Assemble electrical control panels.

Apply control philosophy of swimming pools & STP.

Carry out site installation work (Maintenance & Operations).

Take off electrical materials for first/second & final fix and liaises with suppliers, order materials & equipment.

Estimate labour required to perform tasks and pricing.

Realise the Testing and Commissioning of electrical works
