About the Role
As the Associate Director, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs. You’ll act as a key point of contact for accounting-related matters, building strong client relationships while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Accounting Oversight: Manage the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with international standards, including IFRS.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire the accounting team to achieve excellence. Facilitate training programs and conduct performance reviews to ensure continued professional growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations, legal standards, and internal policies. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax advisors as required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to meet reporting deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in accounting leadership, coupled with the ability to drive innovation and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (ACCA or equivalent certification preferred).
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in accounting or finance roles.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
