Associate Director - Accounting Shared Services

About the Role

As the Associate Director, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs. You’ll act as a key point of contact for accounting-related matters, building strong client relationships while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Accounting Oversight: Manage the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with international standards, including IFRS.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire the accounting team to achieve excellence. Facilitate training programs and conduct performance reviews to ensure continued professional growth.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations, legal standards, and internal policies. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax advisors as required.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to meet reporting deadlines and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (ACCA or equivalent certification preferred).
• 7–10 years of leadership experience in accounting or finance roles.
