Product Developer/Merchandiser

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist in sample development from tech pack to sealed garment.
✔️ Identify key issues in product construction, material selection, and manufacturing, while proactively researching alternative solutions in line with design and client requirements.
✔️ Participate in fit sessions and product reviews, ensuring prototypes reflect accurate construction specifications and meet deadlines.
✔️ Ensure sample and stock requests are received as ordered, liaising with distribution teams in case of discrepancies.
✔️ Manage garment stock and product booklets, ensuring all sample-related information is accurate and complete.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A degree/diploma in Textile/Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
🔹 Experience in product development, merchandising, or sourcing within the textile industry.
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors and clients.
🔹 A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and trend awareness.
🔹 Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems is a plus.
