JOB PURPOSE

To configure, implement, maintain and support HR & Payroll Applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various ERP HR & Payroll Modules, which include integrating the ERP HR & Payroll Applications with existing client systems, using standardised implementation methodology;
• Provide functional support and first line technical support
• Participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Testing and Implementation;
• Assume responsibility for

1. the preparation of set up documents and user manuals
2. the system debugging and fine tuning
3. the testing

• Ensure the ERP HR & Payroll Applications implementation meet quality compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in ICT;
• 1-2 years’ experience in the analysis, design and configuration of an HR & Payroll product;
• Involved, as a functional consultant, in the end-to-end life cycle of an HR & Payroll implementation project;
• Experience in translating Functional specifications into Technical requirements with no reworks;
• Proven skills in the gap analysis and requirements gathering;
• Handle a portfolio of clients without compromising on milestones and deadlines;
• Knowledge of local legislations pertaining to HR & Payroll across all industries would be an advantage.
