Quality Assurance Officer

Assist the Operational Excellence Manager in all duties related to Quality Management.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the control of documents and records used within the Quality Management system
• Monitor and advise on the performance of the Quality Management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators
• Advise on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to achieve quality
• Promote quality achievement and performance throughout the park
• Set Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensuring targets are achieved
• Actively participates and take notes in meeting
• Perform all other cognate duties as instructed by the Operational Excellence Manager

• Degree holder in the required field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
  
• Good mastery of ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage
• Train Auditor in ISO 9001 with at least 5 years’ experience in auditing will be an advantage
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, QA Applications and relevant database
• Experience in implementation of corrective actions
