About the Role

As the Assistant to the Executive Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Mauripharm’s administrative and regulatory functions. You will be responsible for supporting senior management while acting as a key liaison with the Ministry of Health and other regulatory bodies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.

 Manage documentation, reports, and correspondence related to regulatory affairs.

 Coordinate with the Ministry of Health and other authorities to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

 Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

 Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is up to date.

 Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

 Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.

 

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Exceptional organizational skills – you’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.

✔️ Professionalism – you will be representing Mauripharm in regulatory interactions.

✔️ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, in English and French.

✔️ Experience in regulatory affairs or working with government bodies (MOH experience is a plus!).

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✔️ Ability to work independently while supporting a high-performing executive team.
