Our client is seeking to recruit an Application Support who will report to the Manager - Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

Support:
  • Manage and maintain the COS access.
  • Create new employees on the COS Master.
  • Provide relevant access to employees on the COS Security.
  • Configure the COS as per nature of business of the organisation.
  • Configure COS functionalities upon release of every new version.
  • Assist the users via tools such as ticketing/Lync/Email.
  • Manage Timesheet– Treat rejected tasks from Westfall.
  • Assign tasks to users as well as guide them upon their task choice.
  • Liaise with BDI team to improve Westfall utilisation.
  • Communicate updated tasks list to users as and when required.
  • Update COS templates as and when required (Logo, address & QR Code).
  • Contribute in the drafting of Release notes, utilisation guides, and training contents of the COS.

Training:
  • Introduce internal software (COS and Westfall) to new employees.
  • Train users on COS functions based on their requirements.
  • Conduct one to one session with employees for data check purposes.
  • Ensure self-training on the updated functions upon release of each updated COS version.

Data check /Quality Data:
  • Conduct verification of data on COS and ensure that business rules are respected as well as all statuses are up to date.
  • Conduct Timesheet quality check on Westfall. Ensure data consistency while inputting data in COS Master and COS Security.
  • Maintain consistency of data and documents models throughout the various COS.
  • Ensure the cleanup of the CRM$ as and when required.

Admin:
  • Organise training session as and when required.
  • Keep up to date internal documents for better follow up.
  • Ensure regular follow up through email,lync to recover requested tasks from users.
  • Provide regular feedback on the status of the tasks and COS sessions delivered to users.
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes to either gain efficiencies or reduce risk.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned to you by Management
Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
