Airfreight Trainee

Main Duties and Responsibilities

-      Assist in dealing with all concerned stakeholders for movement of shipment and tracking of cargo

-      Assist with keeping proper documentation for operations

-      Assist with confirming bookings with Supplier and Agent

-      Assist with processing documents, billings, supplier’s invoice and closing of files

-      Assist with preparation of the required report on the different operations

-      Assist with handling customer queries and complaints

-      Assist with promotion of freight and related services to existing and prospective customers

-      Perform these and other cognate duties as requested

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

-      HSC or equivalent

-      IATA Certification would be an advantage

-      Holder of a valid driving license

-      Basic knowledge of air freight procedures, documentation & regulations

-      Proficient in MS Office tools and other related software

-      High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

-      Good communication skills
