We are looking for Administrative/Licensing Officer to join Fleetleader (Mauritius) Ltd
JOB DUTIES
- Manage valid & expired vehicle contract
- Ensure efficient administration related to the company operational activities
- Renew of MVL, Licensing & Insurance
- Maintain and update company databases
- Knowledgeable in Fleet Management policy
- Knowledgeable in Fuel Card Management
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Prepare Report and present to Management
REQUIREMENTS
- HSC/Diploma or Degree in Management
- At least 3-5 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer/Planning & Control
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Good time management skills.
