We are looking for Administrative/Licensing Officer to join Fleetleader (Mauritius) Ltd

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Manage valid & expired vehicle contract
  • Ensure efficient administration related to the company operational activities
  • Renew of MVL, Licensing & Insurance
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Knowledgeable in Fleet Management policy
  • Knowledgeable in Fuel Card Management
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Prepare Report and present to Management

 REQUIREMENTS

  • HSC/Diploma or Degree in Management
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer/Planning & Control
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Good time management skills.
