We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Logistics Attendant / Vehicle Assistant to join our dynamic Logistics team. Our warehouse is based at La Tour Koenig.

As a Logistics Attendant / Vehicle Assistant at Urban Home, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and delivery operations. You will assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Your role will also involve maintaining vehicle cleanliness and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of furniture at customer locations.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock organization.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics and warehouse teams.

Qualifications:

• School Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license would be a definite advantage and is equivalent of special driver's allowance
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Clean Certificate of Character / Morality Certificate
