Job Description:
Supervise a team of administrative and data entry clerks.
Providing support to Management, filing of monthly returns through MNS
Assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Perform regular audits to ensure that all established procedures are being complied with.
Requirements:
The candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Management.
The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skill
The candidate must have good leadership skills
The candidate should be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
The candidate should have good research skills and attention to detail
Must possess own means of transport or live in Port Louis region
