Responsiblities:

  • Answering calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Creating quote entry for new and existing customers.
  • Follow-up and deliver tracking.
  • Taking and answering queries from customer
  • Directing customer to the company site for orders ( Portal SES)
Skills:
  • Very Fluent in French
  • computer Literate
  • excellent communication skills
  • Good team Spirit
Details:
  • working hours : Monday- Friday 11:00-20:00 / 12:00-21:00
