With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are a trusted industry leader. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic finance team.

As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records.
✅ Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
✅ Assist in data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
✅ Support monthly and yearly financial reporting and audits.
✅ Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
✅ Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
✅ Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory tracking.
✅ Handle administrative tasks related to the accounts department.

 

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role.
🔹 Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in Port Louis
  • Mon to Fri: 08h30 - 17h,
  • Sat: 08h30 > 13h.
  • May be required to do overtime from time to time.
