Warehouse Storekeeper

Espace Maison is recruiting a dynamic and self-motivated Storekeeper to assist in the day-to-day running of the activities of its Warehouse Department situated at Roche Bois.

Key Result Areas:

• To assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations of the store
• Ensure security, maintenance and control of the store
• Handle all administrative tasks related to stock
• Ensure that inventories are held and managed effectively
• Carry out daily cycle count and annual stock take as per guidelines
• Verify and approve invoices during dispatch at all times
• Ensure zero discrepancies (short/over) during reception and deliveries

Required profile:

• Qualification: Higher School Certificate / Certificate in Warehousing
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as Storekeeper
• Strong knowledge in MS Office
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to work odd hours
• Critical thinker/problem solver/detail-oriented
• Ability to influence and show leadership capabilities
