We are looking for one of our client based in Floreal a Telecalling Executive

 

Working days & Hours:

Monday to Friday

Office hours

 

What will you do:

 Generate qualified leads from database search and cold calling that would qualify for our SME financing products.

 Follow through our customer requests and take up of products based on their needs whilst maintaining the customer experience.

 Assist SME on doc collections and application submission.

 Work closely with the business development team to close deals.

 Responding to customer phone and/or email inquiries.

 

Requirements

What are we looking for?

 Good effective communication skills in Kreol, French and English.

 Good command of written English and French.

 Pleasant, optimistic, and able to build rapport with customers quickly.

 Good computing skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.

 1 year+ sales or tele-sales experience (preferable in SME financing products).

 Basic understanding of financial products.

 

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

 Team player who has good communication skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines.

 Self-motivated with abilities in influencing/negotiating with customers.

 Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

 Previous experience in selling financial or loan products.
