We are looking for one of our client based in Floreal a Telecalling Executive
Working days & Hours:
Monday to Friday
Office hours
What will you do:
Generate qualified leads from database search and cold calling that would qualify for our SME financing products.
Follow through our customer requests and take up of products based on their needs whilst maintaining the customer experience.
Assist SME on doc collections and application submission.
Work closely with the business development team to close deals.
Responding to customer phone and/or email inquiries.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Good effective communication skills in Kreol, French and English.
Good command of written English and French.
Pleasant, optimistic, and able to build rapport with customers quickly.
Good computing skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
1 year+ sales or tele-sales experience (preferable in SME financing products).
Basic understanding of financial products.
You will shine in this role if you are/have:
Team player who has good communication skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines.
Self-motivated with abilities in influencing/negotiating with customers.
Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in selling financial or loan products.
