We are looking for an organized, experienced storekeeper to be responsible for all our outgoing and incoming stock and equipment management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive requisitions from all departments.
- Prepare daily delivery and ensure delivery efficiency.
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to stock.
- Ensure the accuracy of the company’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, transfers, adjustments and returns.
- Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock levels and order new goods as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals from reserve.
- Responsible for the fifo stock rotation.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Participate in any other related duties that may be assigned.
Skills:
- Must be organized, dynamic and punctual.
- Highly organized and efficient in time management.
- Must be able to go on the field wherever required.
- Prior experience, in this same field, would be advantageous.
- Flexible, organized and pro-active
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of FNB, hardware, spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Must have a good School Certificate or H.S.C result
- At least five years of working experience as Storekeeper
