Job Description

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Assist in the preparation and vetting of quotations for products and services.
• Attend to and follow up on queries from clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Work in close collaboration with the Production Department to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Issue delivery notes where required, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Conduct administrative tasks, including classification of documents, filing, and record keeping.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in the sales and marketing roles.
• Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Experience in administrative tasks and document management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
