We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be at ease with market research.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on client’s orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service in terms of freight forwarding.
  • Build a strong relationship with key customers.
  • Carry out market research and telemarketing.
  • Perform sales visits.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned and as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum HSC.
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing would be a definite advantage.
  • At least 1 year’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.
Other Prerequisites:
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Well versed in English & French.
  • Good selling skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Attention to details.
  • Driving License would be an advantage.
