Our Client, an international company involved in financial services and based in Ebene, is looking for 2(two) receptionists who can work on shift of 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs and 09:00 to 23:00 hrs.

 

As the first point of contact for its visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression of the company. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the staff.

 Duties

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer phones professionally, take messages, and transfer calls
  • Manage visitor logs
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, and scheduling appointments

 Skills and attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A positive and helpful attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

 The right candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience.
