Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Human Resources Intern to provide support to the HR team.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts; sourcing & screening and scheduling interviews.
• Help onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Assist with training and development activities and HRDC applications.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, creation and update of employee files.
• Provide support to the HR team as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Management or equivalent (ongoing or completed).
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
