Cost Accountant (1731-CA)

Our client is seeking to recruit a Cost Accountant for its operations.

Responsibilities
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures;
Prepare and monitor work in progress schedules;
Collect cost information and maintain an expense database;
Review projected costs and compare to actual costs for variance analysis;
Identify and recommend cost effective solutions

Profile

Holder of CIMA or a degree in Accounting and Finance or relevant study;
Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, preferable in Construction Industry;
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail;
Strong time management skills;
Computer literate with MS Excel in particular (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
