La Vallée Des Couleurs Nature Park is looking for a dynamic and talented cook.

Main duties:

To collect ordered food items from store
To check all products (dry, frozen and fresh provision) collected by the kitchen helper or assistant cook
To receive and examines work programmes from superior
To prepare “mise-en-place” of all foodstuffs as appropriate
To prepare the plate as per instructions from superior
To participate in presentation & decoration of buffet
To cook as per fiches techniques
To keep workplace tidy
To ensure guests satisfaction during services
To report customer complaints efficiently to superior
