- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements.
Operational Oversight:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Budget Management:

Team Leadership:
