we are looking for a business development executive.
You will be responsible to build your portfolio, have a strong sales skill and good communication.
If you have a private car this will be an advantage.
What you will do as Business Development Executive:
• The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads, preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.
• Become an expert in our financial products and provide tailor made solutions to our clients
• Build strong relationships with borrowers & deliver a positive client experience
• Develop and execute the go to market strategy for our SME lending business
• Set and meet monthly budget, revenue and disbursement targets
• Provide regular feedback from the field of competition
• You are passionate about what you do and work well both individually and within a team
Knowledge, skills and mindset:
• Around 5 years experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong performance track record of meeting sales targets
• Proactive attitude, able to originate loans directly
• You are commercially driven with an inner attitude to improve
• You love to work in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable and curious about technology and digital sales tools
