Assistant Administrators
Responsibilities: Administrative and legal tasks.
The recruited candidates will share the following responsibilities based on their profiles and experiences :
1. Customer integration and ensuring Due Diligence Check
2. Incorporation of Companies and statutory monitoring; follow-up with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Financial Services Commission (FSC)
3. Execution of secretarial activities:
3.1 Preparing documents for board meetings, attending meetings and drafting minutes, draft resolutions, monitoring statutory filings and reviewing transactions.
3.2. Assist with administrative and legal tasks
4. Preparation of the Fund fact sheet, presentations and reports on the Fund
5. Preparation of trading instructions for securities purchase/sale operations;
6. Liaise with banks regarding transactions;
7. Preparation of Client portfolios.
8. Create a competitive analysis; liaise with customers, service providers and other stakeholders.
9. Calculation of Fund NAV’s; provide assistance in the preparation of investment and advisory committee reports.
10. Be able to manage multiple tasks, having logical and analytical reasoning.
11. Establish positive and productive relationships, demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
12. Understand the compliances in which the business operates by assisting with administrative tasks related to compliance
Candidates must have the following qualifications: Degree in Finance /Management or Law or any relevant professional qualifications.
Have experience of at least 1 year in the legal or administrative field. (Experience in Fund will be an advantage.)
Have good command of French and English, both spoken and written, and be comfortable with computer tools.
Be responsible, proactive, dynamic and with good team spirit.
Have professionalism, practical judgment, integrity and be result oriented;
