Hapag-Lloyd Quality Service Centre (QSC) Mauritius is looking for an Administrative and Facility Coordinator with the below responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility and Administrative operations of the organization
  • Greeting and welcoming office guests
  • Manage reception area and other clerical duties
  • Make necessary office transport, travel and logistics arrangements including visa applications
  • Arrange Hotel bookings and airport transfers
  • Vendor contract management
  • Be responsible for office procurement, maintenance and liaison with vendors
  • Analyze quotes and invoices.
  • Manage office and parking spaces.
  • Coordinate office events.
  • Planning and coordinating interventions for office facilities’ maintenance.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC and 2 years of related work experience;
  • Experience in travel management will be an advantage;
  • Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
