Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for craftsmanship and maintenance excellence? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Carpenter to join our Engineering Team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards across our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, repair, varnish, paint, and install building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials.
• Build, repair, and maintain cabinets, doors, floors, furniture, and other wooden fixtures.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications and designs.
• Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, and stain to enhance and protect wooden surfaces.
• Install, maintain, and repair carpentry structures using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Fabricate parts and components as required for maintenance projects.
• Maintain records and reports related to maintenance activities.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment when required.
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as required by operational needs.

• National Trade Certificate (NTC) or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Woodworking.
• Previous experience in carpentry, preferably within the hospitality, construction, or maintenance sector.
• Proficiency in the use of woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
