Officer cum Receptionist to join our team.
Position
Summary
The Customer Service
Officer cum Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and
visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing
efficient customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate
will assist clients with inquiries, coordinate front-desk activities, and
support daily office operations.
Key
Responsibilities
Reception
& Front Desk Duties
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business
partners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct
them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence,
including emails, letters, and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a
professional and organized environment.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting
room bookings.
Customer
Service Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to
customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy-related requests
and documentation.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure
timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update
information in company systems.
- Support policyholders with general
administrative requests.
Administrative
Support
- Prepare, file, and maintain company documents
and records.
- Assist with data entry and report preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative
requirements.
- Support various departments with clerical and
administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and
confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Higher School Certificate (HSC), Diploma, or
equivalent qualification.
- In the alternative, previous
experience in customer service, reception, administration, or a related
field will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English and French.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship
skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to
multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
