Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding guest services.
• Ensure efficient front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues while maintaining a positive experience. 
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree /Licence Bac +3 in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
