• Handle and resolve electrical, mechanical and refrigeration-related tasks within the hotel premises.
• Assist the Maintenance Team in the daily operations and upkeep of hotel facilities.
• Perform general engineering and handyman duties such as basic repairs, installations and troubleshooting.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations, including pipe fitting and minor welding when required.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
•  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report major issues to the supervisor.
•  Maintain proper records of work performed and parts used.
• Comply with health and safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.
•  Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to.

Profile:

Qualifications:

• Skilled Handyman with plumbing background.
• Technical training or vocational certification in building maintenance, plumbing or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–4 years in a similar role.
• Sound technical knowledge in general maintenance, building repairs and installation
