Job description
- Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
- Coordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests
- Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times
- Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
- Give relevant and up-to-date information to guest
- Customize training program for guests
- Welcome guests and give information and advice on respective activities and facilities
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Encourage guests to participate in various sports and leisure / entertainment activities
- Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control.
- Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Sports and Leisure Manager
- Encourage upselling
- Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program
- Propose solutions to all sport / evening entertainment operating problems
- Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities
- Help in the preparation and organisation of evening / sport entertainment
- Participate in evening shows / sport activities organised by the Department
- Ensure that all the multimedia system and instrument regarding the band are in good and functioning condition
- Ensure that all the multimedia system are in good condition at the activity center
- Ensure fine tunings before the band starts playing
- Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / musicians for any special events
- Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned
- Follow up of billing and formulate bills for extra activities
- Make sure that the working area are clean and arranged properly
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
