Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all OSH policies, procedures, rules and regulations are communicated and adhered to.
• Assess the need for preventive measures to safeguard the safety and health of employees and any other collaborators within the company.
• Inspect and evaluate workplace environment, equipment, and practices, to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
• Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
• Carry out investigations on incidents, complaints and recurrent health cases to identify and provide solutions to workplace situations.
• Conduct appropriate safety induction and training session and ensure training records are maintained
