Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and maintain the fullest knowledge of all aspects of visitor attractions
  • Greet guests as they enter/exit the vehicle. 
  • Provide excellent customer service including information on routes, directions as well as activities to do in the park
  • Ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service is given to all customers at all times
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety Procedures as laid down by the company is adhered to.
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues .
  • Should maintain regular checks on their vehicles and report malfunctions to the management as soon as possible.
  • Providing assistance on additional ad-hoc duties, as assigned by management.
  • Perform any other cognate duties

 

Candidate’s Profile:
  • Have as minimum Form V
  • Holder of a  Driving License for Bus or Good vehicle will be an advantage
  • Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry would be ad Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Being flexible and proactive
  • Having good presentation skills
  • Having good verbal communication skills
  • Being able to interact with people from different backgrounds
  • Be flexible to work weekends and Public Holidays
