Promoting the rental business and encouraging clients to rent vehicles either to incoming tourist at the airport and/or local businesses/individuals.

Provide excellent client service by attending client queries on rental processes, help client choose the right vehicle for their needs, and ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels.

Carry out reservations, process rental agreements, collect payments, maintain rental records and manage branch inventory.

Inspect vehicles before and after rentals to ensure units are in good condition and any existing damage is documented in line with the set procedures.

Assist management with documenting and verifying vehicle registration, licensing and service intervals.

Daily reporting of sales processes as per set procedures.

Attend, document and assist with client accidents as may be applicable and ensure relevant processes are followed through in accordance, ensuring client’s wellbeing as priority.
