ROJECT MANAGER / PROGRAMME MANAGER (Fixed-Term Contract – 1 Year)

Our Client is embarking on an organisational transformation and is seeking a highly competent and results-oriented Project Manager / Programme Manager to drive and oversee the implementation of its transformation roadmap.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of the roadmap from inception to completion, ensuring the effective coordination of the various projects, activities and stakeholders involved, while monitoring progress and ensuring the achievement of agreed objectives and milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of and drive the end-to-end implementation of the organisation's transformation roadmap.
• Translate the roadmap into actionable project plans, programmes, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely implementation of initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables and milestones, ensuring that activities remain on track.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, dependencies and implementation bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions and stakeholder consultations to ensure alignment and follow-through on agreed actions.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to Management, highlighting achievements, challenges, risks and areas requiring attention.
• Ensure accountability among stakeholders for agreed deliverables and timelines.
• Assess project outcomes and recommend improvements to support the successful delivery of the transformation roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Project Management (such as PMP).
• At least 6 years of proven experience in managing projects and/or a portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated track record in coordinating complex projects, driving implementation and delivering results.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective project execution.
