Production Attendant - BLYCHEM LTD

Job Purpose

The Production Attendant is responsible for the production of Detergent and Water treatment products as per set plan respecting all the norms put in place by the Health & Safety and the Legal Metrology departments and is also responsible for the Housekeeping of the production unit. The Production Attendant has the complexity of completing the stated quantity within a certain time frame.

Key Responsibilities

Clean mixing tanks.

Clean raw materials containers.

Wash Jerrycans and pails.

Clean all equipment.

Respect production plan.

Follow manufacturing instructions strictly.

Fill product according to standards.

Triple rinse each jerrycan before discarding for recycle.

Label each finished product with the appropriate info.

Keep production area neat.

Keep passage in production clear.

Label each drum in production area.

Use of PPEs.

Follow the identity of each PPE.

Fill in appropriate form for equipment.

Job Requirement

Good planning and coordinating skills.

Ability to work on odd hours.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
