Job description

 We are looking for a motivated and passionate IT Intern to join our team as from 01 December 2026 to 20 January 2026 and gain hands-on experience in IT support and systems maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow within a professional environment.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
  • Help install and configure computers, laptops, and software applications.
  • Support inventory management of IT equipment and accessories.
  • Assist users with password resets and account setup.
  • Maintain basic IT documentation and records.
  • Participate in IT improvement projects and daily operations.
